Please apply via the booking form (https://www.kyototravel-handsfree.com/book-online)on our website. Advance payment is required.

If you make a reservation by 12:00 PM on the day, you can drop off your luggage by 3:00 PM for same-day delivery.

If you drop off your luggage by 3:00 PM, it will be delivered to your accommodation after 5:00 PM on the same day.

We support hotels and ryokan (traditional inns) within Kyoto city. Note: We do not support some facilities such as private lodgings (minpaku). We accept luggage up to 2 meters in length and 30 kilograms in weight.

The following items cannot be accepted: • Valuables (cash, jewelry, passports) • Precision devices (PCs, cameras) • Fragile items • Food, beverages, and hazardous materials

Pricing: • ¥1,300 per item (excl. tax) for online bookings made by 5:00 PM the day before • ¥1,500 per item (excl. tax) for online bookings made by 3:00 PM on the same day

We only accept advance payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal. Cash is not accepted.

Cancellations made by 3:00 PM the day before are fully refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after that time.
