Please apply via the booking form on our website. Advance payment is required.

We are currently suspending this service. Please make your reservation by 5 PM the day before.

If you drop off your items by 3 PM, we will deliver them to your accommodation by 6 PM on the same day.

We accept luggage up to 2 meters in length and 30 kilograms in weight.

The following items cannot be accepted:Valuables (cash, jewelry, passports)Precision devices (PCs, cameras)Fragile itemsFood, beverages, and hazardous materials

The fees are as follows:- For the Kyoto city area, baggage (suitcases) must be booked online by 5 PM the day before: ¥1,300 per piece (excluding tax).- For the Uji/Kameoka area, baggage (suitcases) must be booked online by 5 PM the day before: ¥1,500 per piece (excluding tax).

We only accept advance payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal. Cash is not accepted.

Cancellations made by 3:00 PM the day before are fully refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after that time.
