Service Description

This service delivers customers’ luggage (suitcases, etc.) to their accommodation facilities.

Sales Price

・¥1,300 per suitcase (excluding tax) for online reservations completed by 5:00 PM the day before

・¥1,500 per suitcase (excluding tax) for online reservations completed by 3:00 PM on the same day

Additional Fees

Communication fees for internet access (customer’s responsibility)

Payment Methods

・Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX)

※Cash payments are not accepted on the day of service.

Payment Timing

Payment must be made in advance via credit card or PayPal at the time of reservation.

Service Delivery Timing

Luggage will be accepted at our Kyoto office according to the customer’s specified schedule and delivered to the accommodation after 5:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy

・Cancellations made by 3:00 PM the day before: 100% refund

​・Cancellations made after 3:00 PM the day before: No refund

※Refunds may take time to process through the credit card company.

Service Changes or Cancellations

In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or transportation delays, the service may be temporarily suspended or modified. In such cases, we will notify you promptly, and we shall not be liable for any damages incurred.

Returns and Exchanges

This is a service, and thus returns or exchanges are not possible once the delivery has been completed.

Luggage Restrictions and Notes

We cannot accept the following items:

・Items exceeding 2 meters in length or 30 kg in weight

・Valuable items (cash, jewelry, passports, etc.)

・Precision equipment (computers, tablets, cameras, etc.)

・Fragile items (glass, ceramics, etc.)

・Hazardous materials (flammable substances, gas cans, fireworks, etc.)

・Perishable goods (fresh food, refrigerated or frozen goods, etc.)

・Liquids (bottled water, alcohol, etc.)

​・Animals or living creatures (pets, plants, etc.)

Delivery Area

We deliver to accommodation facilities within Kyoto City (excluding some facilities such as Airbnb).

Disclaimer

・We are not responsible for issues caused by the customer’s negligence (such as forgetting or misplacing luggage).

・In case of accidents or loss during delivery, compensation is available up to ¥100,000 per item.

・In cases where delivery is delayed or canceled due to our fault, a refund will be issued.
